数据科学与软件工程学院简介

数据科学与软件工程学院设有软件工程、数字媒体技术、智能科学与技术、计算机基础4个教学系,以及教学实验实训中心、学生创新创业中心。具有山东省服务外包人才培训资质,示范性软件学院联盟成员单位,拥有山东省健康管理工程技术研究中心、青岛市船舶建造智能精度测量工程研究中心,内设软件工程研究所、图像处理与虚拟现实研究中心、数据科学与大数据技术研究中心、互联网教育研究中心、智能系统与控制技术研究所、智慧地质大数据分析研究中心等6个研究机构。全日制在校生2336人,其中本科生2204人,研究生105人,学历留学生27人。

The School of Data Science and Software Engineering includes four teaching departments, which are Software Engineering, Digital Media Technology, Intelligent Science and Technology, and Computer Basic Education. Moreover, Experiment and Training Center, and Student Innovation and entrepreneurship Center are managed by the school. The school has been qualified for Service Outsourcing Talents training by Shandong province. The school provides a Shandong Engineering Research Center for Health Management、Qingdao Engineering Research Center for Ship Equipment of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology , and 5 research institutions, including Institute of Software Engineering, Image Processing and Virtual Reality Research Center, Data Science and Big Data Technology Research Center, Internet Education Research Center, Institute of Intelligent Systems and Control Technology. 2436 full-time students are enrolled in the school, their numbers include 2304 undergraduate and 105 graduate students.

学院现有教职工89人,其中,专任教师74人,正高级职称6人,副高级职称24人,博士研究生导师3人,硕士研究生导师19人。具有博士学位教师26人,在读博士5人,山东省泰山产业领军人才1人,山东省中青年学术骨干学科带头人1人,青岛市拔尖人才1人,青岛大学特聘教授1人,青年卓越人才3人。

Currently, the School of Data Science and Software Engineering has 89 faculty members, among which 74 are full-time teachers, 6 have senior professional titles, 24 have associate professional titles, 2 have Doctoral supervisor qualification and 19 have Master supervisor qualification. There are 25 teachers have doctorates, 5 are studying for their Doctor degree, 1 is Shandong Taishan Industry Leader, 1 is Shandong young and middle-aged academic backbone, 1 is Qingdao Top Talent, 1 is Qingdao University Distinguished professor, 3 are young outstanding talents.

学科与专业设置

学院承担软件工程一级学科博士学位授权点建设任务,拥有软件工程领域工程硕士专业学位授权点,形成了软件工程理论与方法、数据科学与大数据技术、智能科学与人工智能技术、虚拟现实技术、生物信息技术与生物大数据等5个稳定的学科研究方向。

学院拥有软件工程、数字媒体技术、智能科学与技术三个国家新工科重点建设专业。软件工程专业是学校首批入选国家卓越工程师教育培养计划的4个专业之一。软件工程、数字媒体技术、智能科技与技术等专业入选学校“十三五”一流本科建设,并于2016年获批山东省高水平应用型重点专业群建设立项,“十三五”期间省财政支持经费2000万元。数字媒体技术专业是学校特色专业,2015年获批山东省普通本科高校应用型人才培养专业发展支持计划,支持经费300万元。2018年软件工程专业获批山东省教育服务新旧动能转换专业对接产业立项建设,三年省财政支持经费1200万元。2018年江永春团队主讲的《视听语言》获国家精品在线开放课程(双万计划)。学院紧跟学科前沿发展,服务国家战略,及时把人工智能、大数据、云计算、虚拟现实等充实到人才培养方案和教学计划中,以满足社会对新一代信息技术人才的需求。

Subject and Major

The school provides the construction of Software Engineering Doctoral Degree and Master’s degree. It has formed five stable research directions of software engineering theory and method, data science and big data technology, artificial intelligence and robotics technology, virtual reality technology, biological information technology and biological bid data.

The school has three national key engineering majors, including Software Engineering, Digital Media Technology, and Intelligent Science and Technology. Software Engineering is one of the first four majors selected in the National Excellent Engineer Education and Training program. Software Engineering, Digital Media Technology, and Intelligent Science and Technology were selected into the first-class undergraduate construction of the "13th five-year plan" of the university. In 2016, it was approved the construction of“High-level Applied Key Majors” by Shandong province. During the "13th five-year plan", the school achieved 20 million Yuan from provincial financial support. Digital Media Technology is a characteristic major of the university. In 2015, it was approved as the professional development support plan for application-oriented talents training in Shandong province with a support fund of 3 million Yuan. In 2018, the Software Engineering major was approved for the project of “New and Old Energy Conversion – Professional docking Industry” in Shandong province. In 2018, the course of ‘Audio-visual Language’ delivered by team of Jiang, Yongchun won the title of National Quality Open Online Course. The school follows closely the development of discipline frontier, serves the national development strategy, and incorporates artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, virtual reality and other aspects into the training program and teaching plan, so as to meet the social demands for the new generation of information technology talents.

科学研究

近五年,学院承担国家自然科学基金、教育部基金、山东省科技发展计划、山东省自然科学基金等各类纵向科研项目28项,横向项目30余项,科研经费700多万元。师生发表学术论文200余篇,其中EI/SCI收录100余篇,获国家授权发明专利与软件著作权30余项。

Scientific research

In the recent five years, the school has undertaken 28 vertical scientific research projects, including the national natural science foundation of China, the fund of the ministry of education, Shandong science and technology development plan, Shandong natural science foundation, and more than 30 horizontal projects. The research fund has reached more than 7 million Yuan in total. Professors and students have published more than 200 academic papers, including more than 100 papers indexed by EI/SCI, and obtained more than 30 national authorized invention patents and software Copyrights.

国际化办学

为全面提升办学水平,培养具有国际化视野的高水平人才,学院充分利用校内外、国内外资源,积极推进教学、科研和人才培养国际化。与印度NIIT合办软件工程专业(校企合作办学),联合培养服务外包人才;与韩国世翰大学合办数字媒体技术专业(中外合作办学),联合培养国际化专业人才。

学院制定相关政策,鼓励支持在职中青年教师出国访学,并吸引国外优秀教师来院承担本科、研究生教学任务。每年选派一定数量的研究生、本科生出国交流,每届约10%的学生有国外学习经历。学院启动了本科生、研究生层次的学历留学生教育,2018年招收软件工程专业学历留学生。

International

In order to comprehensively improve the level of the school and cultivate high-level talents with international vision, the school makes full use of domestic and international resources of university and company to promote the internationalization of teaching, scientific research and talents training. The school develops the Software Engineering with NIIT of India to jointly train service outsourcing talents. The Digital Media Technology major was jointly established with Sehan university in South Korea.

The school formulates relevant policies to encourage and support junior professors to study abroad, and to attract excellent foreign teachers to undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching tasks. A certain number of graduate and undergraduate students are selected to study abroad every year, and about 10% of the students have overseas background. The school has launched undergraduate and graduate education for overseas students and enrolls foreign students with Software Engineering degrees in 2018.

人才培养

学院坚持“立德树人”,立足学生“成人”和“成才”两大基本任务,结合专业特点,聚焦新一代信息技术,抓好理论教学,强化实验、实习、实训、实践等环节,培养德才兼备的高级应用型创新人才。

应届毕业生考研率逐年提高。2017年共136人考取国内研究生,其中,考入985、211高校共89人,占考取国内研究生人数的65.45%,另有29人申请国外研究生;2018年,共有152人考取硕士研究生其中,考入985、211高校共87人,占考取国内研究生人数的65.9%,另有20人申请国外研究生;2019年,共有181人考取硕士研究生其中,考入985、211高校共105人,占考取国内研究生人数的67.3%,另有25人申请国外研究生。

科技创新卓越品牌建设取得成效。学院整合专业群优势打造学生科技创新平台,制定一系列奖励政策鼓励支持学生参加各类创意、创新、创业活动和科技竞赛,已形成浓厚的科技创新文化氛围。到目前为止,我院已成立近十个创新团队、二十多个创新兴趣小组。学生科技创新和学科竞赛成果丰硕。2017年,获国家级一等奖17项、二等奖76项、三等奖39项,省部级一等奖72项、二等奖87项、三等奖61项;2018年,获国家级特等奖1项、一等奖11项、二等奖40项、三等奖21项,省部级一等奖64项、二等奖84项、三等奖97项;2019年,获国家级一等奖8项、二等奖28项、三等奖24项,省部级一等奖76项、二等奖104项、三等奖115项。

Cultivation of talents

The school adheres to strengthen moral education and cultivate students, focuses on the two basic tasks of "becoming an adult" and "becoming a talented person". By combining the characteristics of the majors, the school focuses on the new generation of information technology, pays special attention to the theoretical teaching, and strengthens the links of experiment, practice, training and practice, so as to cultivate senior application-oriented and innovative talents.

The graduate entrance examination rate is increasing by years. In 2017, a total of 136 students were admitted to domestic graduate schools. 89 were admitted to‘985’ and ‘211’ universities, accounting for 65.45% of the total number of domestic graduate students. 29 students achieved offers and admissions for graduate programs oversea. In 2018, 152 undergraduate students from the school were admitted to the graduate programs, 87 of whom were admitted to the universities of ‘985’ and ‘211’, accounting for 65.9% of the total number of domestic graduate students. Another 20 students have applied for graduate programs oversea. In 2019, a total of 181 undergraduate students were admitted to graduate programs, including 105 students who achieved admission of ‘985’ and ‘211’ universities, accounting for 67.3 percent of the total number of domestic postgraduate students. Also, 25 senior students had applied for foreign graduate programs.

Great achievements have been made in scientific and technological innovation. The school has built a scientific and technological innovation platform for students, and formulated a series of incentive policies to encourage and support students to participate in various creative, innovative, entrepreneurial activities and scientific and technological competitions. So far, the school has 10 innovation teams. In 2017, students won 17 first prizes, 76 second prizes and 39 third prizes at the national level, 72 first prizes, 87 second prizes and 61 third prizes at the provincial and ministerial level. In 2018, we won 1 national special prize, 11 first prize, 40 second prize and 21 third prize, 64 first prize, 84 second prize and 97 third prize at provincial and ministerial level. In 2019, 8 national first prizes, 28 second prizes and 24 third prizes, 76 provincial first prizes, 104 second prizes and 115 third prizes have won.
